Art Summer Day Camp: July 15, 2025: Nature Masks: 9AM-11AM
What do you get when you mix a pile of leaves, a few twigs, a bit of bark, and a whole lot of imagination? An epic mask straight from the wild!<br><br>In this nature-inspired summer class, kids will forage for materials—leaves, sticks, petals, pinecones, and anything else that catches their eye—then turn their woodland finds into amazing wearable masks. Will they become forest creatures? Mossy monsters? Leafy superheroes? The only limit is their imagination (and maybe how many clumps of moss they can glue on).<br><br>It’s creative, hands-on, and just the right amount of wild.<br><br>Kids will go home with one fabulous mask each.<br>Recommended for ages 6+
Art Summer Day Camp: July 1, 2025: Rock Painting + Hiding : 9AM-11AM
What is it about painting rocks that is so fun?? Kids love it and we're gonna do it.<br><br>In this joyful summer class, kids will start by painting their very own collection of kindness rocks—think silly faces, rainbow patterns, inspiring messages, or wild little critters. Then, once our masterpieces are dry and dazzling, we’ll head to the nearby park on a group rock-hiding mission!<br><br>We’ll sneak them into flower beds, perch them on tree stumps, and tuck them into little nooks—leaving behind tiny surprises for others to discover and smile about.<br><br>It’s creative, sneaky (the fun kind), and a perfect blend of art and adventure.<br><br>**Kids may or may not end up bringing rocks home from this one. If they hide them all they won't have anything to show you, but they will have fun memories!!<br><br>Recommended for ages 4+
Art Summer Day Camp: July 8, 2025: Holi Festival Chalk: 9AM-11AM
Ready to get messy—in the best way possible? Join us for a wild, colorful, joy-filled day where kids celebrate summer with a Holi-style color explosion!<br><br>We’ll kick things off by making our own colorful chalk that we'll use to fill up light fabric balls. Once we're set with bright, chalk-filled color balls and water blasters galore, it’s game on! Kids will run, dodge, laugh, and launch bursts of washable color as music plays and the rainbow mayhem unfolds. It’s like a paint party, water fight, and summer celebration all rolled into one.<br><br>Wear something you don't mind ruining, bring your energy, and be ready to leave a little soggy, a little chalky, and totally happy.<br><br>This is summer at its brightest—let the color games begin! <br><br>**The final project for this one will be the child covered in chalk. :) Sprinklers and hoses will be available for washing off when we're done!<br><br>Recommended for ages 8+
Art Summer Day Camp: July 22, 2025: Stamp Making: 9AM-11AM
Time to roll up those sleeves and get your stamp on—because in this hands-on summer class, kids will turn plain old cardboard into one-of-a-kind custom stamps, then use them to transform a blank tote bag into a masterpiece they can carry home!<br><br>Hearts, stars, squiggles, animals, initials—you name it, they’ll make it. We’ll cut, layer, glue, and roll with paint to bring their stamp designs to life, then press them onto fabric for a bag that’s totally original and totally them.<br><br>It’s part crafting, part printmaking, and all kinds of fun. And the best part? They’ll walk out with a bag full of personality (and probably a little paint on their hands too).<br><br>Each child will come home with a decorated tote bag.<br>Recommended for ages 6+
STEM Summer Day Camp: June 18, 2025: Bubble Lab: 9AM-11AM
Get ready to mix, dip, swirl, and POP—because this summer STEM class is all about bubbles in all their fizzy, floaty glory!<br><br>Kids will kick things off by making their very own bubble wands—from classic loops to wild, wiggly shapes—then dive into the science behind what makes a bubble really good. We'll mix up and test different bubble recipes to see which ones make the biggest, longest-lasting, or even unpoppable bubbles (yes, that’s a thing!).<br><br>We'll head outside to create GIANT bubbles that shimmer in the sun, then take things back inside to paint with bubbles—because science and art go together like soap and water. <br><br>It's sticky, silly, hands-on fun that just might float away if you’re not looking!<br><br>Recommended for ages 6+
STEM Summer Day Camp: June 11, 2025: Blast Off Rocket Lab: 9AM-11AM
Strap in—it’s time to blast off! In this action-packed summer STEM class, we’re exploring the science of flight with a trio of hands-on rocket builds: stomp rockets, straw rockets, and balloon rockets!<br><br>Kids will design, build, and test their own creations using air pressure, propulsion, and just a little bit of chaos (the fun kind). We’ll experiment with what makes rockets fly higher, faster, and straighter—then head outside to launch, tweak, and launch again!<br><br>It’s part engineering, part experimentation, and 100% awesome. Expect plenty of whooshes, giggles, and skyward streaks.<br><br>Recommended for ages 8+
Art Summer Day Camp: June 24, 2025: Sock Puppets: 9AM-11AM
Get ready to bring some serious silliness to life—because in this class, we’re turning fuzzy socks into fabulous sock puppets with BIG personalities!<br><br>Kids will choose from the softest, silliest socks, then dive into a treasure trove of googly eyes, pom-poms, pipe cleaners, felt, feathers, and more to decorate their one-of-a-kind puppet pals. Will their creation be a rainbow monster? A disco llama? A sleepy alien with six eyes? The possibilities are endless—and totally hilarious.<br><br>Once the puppets are complete, we’ll bring them to life with voices, names, and maybe even a mini puppet show or two!<br><br>It’s creative, hands-on, and full of giggles—because nothing says summer fun like a sock with a mustache.<br><br>**Each child will be able to make at least 2 puppets.<br>Recommended for ages 8+

Twist, twirl, and dance into summer fun! In this delightful class, the kids will create a maypole together as a group, decorate it with bright ribbons and flowers, and then learn how to bring it to life with traditional (and not-so-traditional!) maypole dances.<br><br>We’ll explore the history behind this joyful celebration, then jump right into the hands-on fun—painting poles, choosing the prettiest ribbons, and learning playful steps and patterns to dance around the maypole as a group. Expect music, movement, a little bit of laughter-tangling, and a whole lot of celebration!<br><br>It’s the perfect mix of art, culture, and movement—and a magical way to welcome the spirit of summer. <br><br>There will not be a take-home piece of art for this class, but there will be pictures!<br>Recommended for ages 8+
STEM Summer Day Camp: July 23, 2025: Giant Slingshot Build: 9AM-11AM
Ready to launch into some serious summer fun? In this high-energy STEM class, kids will team up to build a giant slingshot—we’re talking taller-than-you, stretch-it-far, launch-it-fast kind of giant. <br><br>And the best part? They’ll get to use real power tools (with close supervision, of course!) to help bring their creation to life. Drills, clamps, saws—this is hands-on building at its most exciting.<br><br>They’ll learn about tension, force, angles, and just the right amount of stretch as they engineer their slingshot masterpiece. Once it’s built and battle-tested, we’ll head to the park for the main event: target practice and launch time! Will they hit the bullseye? Will their projectile soar the farthest? Only one way to find out!<br><br>It’s teamwork, problem-solving, and physics wrapped up in one giant, flinging, flying adventure.<br><br>Recommended for ages 10+
STEM Summer Day Camp: July 9, 2025: Mud Kitchen: 9AM-11AM
Get ready to dig in—literally! In this sensory-rich summer STEM class, kids will roll up their sleeves, get a little muddy (okay, a lot muddy), and dive into the world of mud science and mud kitchen play.<br><br>We’ll mix up different mud "recipes," explore the science of sand, soil and water, and turn our outdoor mud kitchen into the ultimate lab for messy masterpieces. Think muddy muffins, worm pies, and dirt soup—all made with a dash of imagination and a sprinkle of STEM.<br><br>Along the way, kids will learn about soil types, water absorption, and how nature makes the perfect play material. It’s hands-on, brains-on, and squish-tastically fun.<br><br>Recommended for ages 4+
